Refund policy

RETURN POLICY

We will happily accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. Returns must be received:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • All tags attached

All sale items and items purchased during a sale are FINAL SALE. No exceptions.

To be eligible for a return, your items must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn and unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You’ll also need the order number or proof of purchase.

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Once we have received & accepted the item in its original condition, a full refund (excluding shipping charges) will be credited to the original method of payment. Returns are processed within 7-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
